Acceptance of terms
Any use of XLRaider XLR is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, please do not install
or use the software.

The authors reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

Description of services
XLR is a proprietary product that assists in decision making. Liability for any use
of the XLR is limited to the purchase price of the software.

XLR is wholly owned by Risk Auditing Services Limited [RAS], a UK registered limited company.
All rights are reserved.
Usage limitation

A GOLD paid license and applied the associated license key, permits a named user to use
this software and share the results.

The a LITE license is for evaluation only and does not permit the user to share the results.

Any reproduction or redistribution of the software is expressly prohibited by law. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the software to any other computer or
other location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license,
create derivative works from the actual software.

Notices specific to software

This software is the copyrighted work of RAS. Installation of the software will be
construed as full acceptance of these terms

Warranty

The software is not warranted. RAS hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with
regard to the software, including all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

RAS makes NO assurances with regard to the accuracy of the results or output that
derives from such use of any software tools and utilities.

Please respect the intellectual property rights of others when using the tools and
utilities made available on the services or in Software products.

In no event shall RAS and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or
consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits,
whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in
connection with the use or performance of software, documents, provision of or failure to
provide services, or information available from the services.

RAS accepts no liability or any kind for any decisions made on the basis of any data or
calculation deriving from this software.

No unlawful or prohibited use

As a condition of your use of the services, you will not use the services for any purpose that
is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not obtain or attempt
to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available
through the services.

References

As a condition of your use of the services your general details may be disclosed for marketing
purposes but not personal name nor the actual use of XLR without prior consent. A separate
anonymous licensed may be purchased directly from RAS.
